Providing garden views, this villa also provides guests with a cable flat-screen TV, a kitchenette and 1 bathroom with a bidet and bathrobes. We arrived mid day and was offered a cup of tea while we had the room checked in. The staff was friendly and we're quick to settle the reservation and show us the facilities and times of the dining room. The villa has a very hotel like feel with the close proximity of the rooms, however we didn't not feel disturbed by guest activity in the rooms with only the occasional passing conversation heard in the hallway. As we had booked HB, we had excellent breakfast and dinner options. The portion sizes and taste was exceptional for both breakfast and dinner. The staff service during the meals was as exceptional as the food. There was a more varied cooking style to meet both foreign and local guests to suit both palate preferences. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom area was unexpectedly large with the washroom accessories having a vintage feel to them. The staff offered a range of activities from hiking the nearest hill which is part of the Oliphant estate to the areas of interest to the areas of interest near by to the city. The garden is well maintained and the outdoor dining area is beautiful at any time of day. We had a very pleasant 2 night stay. The checkout process was as easy as the check-in.

This cottage has 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms with a 55 inch flat screen TV and complimentary toiletries, free internet and a fully equipped pantry and a modern kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove and cooking utensils. It also has a living area for relaxation. A cook is available on request. Really amazing place, we loved it the moment we walked in, energy in the place is warm... awesome!! The hosts are really friendly and helpful; Its super clean, with tasteful decor the perfect get away that we wanted not to mention real value for money. We will definitely come again !!! Five star Boutique concept, recommend it to anyone !!!

With garden views, The Westbury Palace is situated in Nuwara Eliya and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the villa free of charge. We highly recommend a stay at the Westbury. It's quite conveniently located close to town but secluded up on a hillock. The decor is in keeping with the heritage of the property but all amenities are modern with the bathroom in particular extremely well kitted out with a jacuzzi too. There's a lovely garden and an excellent heated outdoor pool overlooking the view. The views outside overlooking Nuwera eliya town were simply breathtaking! The small property still comes equipped with a good gym, sauna and spa rooms. The most outstanding aspect of the Westbury are the staff, led by the very professional Mr. Manoj Alwis. Their care and service is simply the best we have experienced on our global travels. No ask was too much and they went out of their way to make us and our 4 year old feel safe, comfortable and at home. It would also be remiss of us not to mention the delicious food served up at each meal by the chef, who discussed and curated each meal to our precise liking. The food alone would be worth the stay here! We truly enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of the staff who also gave us a fabulous send off ceremony! We shall certainly be back with our family and friends!

Apartment is fully equipped with all the main requirements and very clean and safe property. Space is properly managed and it has two bed rooms, living area, dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is very convenient and Food courts , super markets and other local amenities are in walking distance. Mr Yogendran and Mr Vivek were very responsive and attentive which made our stay comfortable.
